Weekly Announcements for May 15th - May 19th


Announcements will be posted weekly on this site.  New announcements for the day will be highlighted in red.  As announcements expire. They will be removed from this post.  We encourage the public to check back daily for additions and changes.

 

 
John Stark JV Baseball lost a close one to Lebanon 8-6 on Friday.  The Generals had a great pitching performance from Zach Dionne throwing 5 plus innings while striking out 4 batters. The hitting was lead by Tyler Hazzard who went 2 for 4 and scored a run. Aaron Brasier also contributed to the offense, while getting on base twice with two stolen bases and scoring two runs. The Generals next home game will be today vs. Goffstown at 4:15.
 
The Generals Softball team lost to Windham on Saturday. Sydney Nelson went 1 for 2 with a walk and drove in the team's only run with a long fly ball that hit the top of the Left field fence but stayed in the park. Jillian Palmacci hit a double and went 1 for 2.  The team hosts Goffstown on Monday at 4:15.
 
The Varsity Softball team defeated Lebanon on Friday. Haley Philibotte went 3 for 3 with a double and scored 2 runs.  Jocelyn Dimond went 2 for 3 with a triple and 2 walks and scored 4 runs.
 
Attention music lovers: The John Stark Music department is putting on their Spring concert next Tuesday, May 23rd at 6:30 pm in the John Stark cafetorium.  Come here a diverse selection of music from Concert Chorus, Select Chorus, Concert Band and Stage Band.  There will be a 50/50 raffle and refreshments during intermission.  Suggested donation at the door is $5.00 adults and $3.00 students/seniors.  Come see your peers perform, including Mikayla, Abbey, Kacie, Alyssa and Darla in their last performance at John Stark!
 
Seniors- Still looking for a job? McLane Industries will be here during lunch this Wednesday, May 17th. 
 
Attention Seniors- Class Trip Tickets to Six Flags will be sold until Thursday during EXPO. The cost is $45.00, we hope to see you there.
